Configuring Medical Inquiries
Before using this module, you should understand the components, and then configure the functionality for all users.

Account Lookup
The Medical Inquiry feature is supported with person accounts. The Account lookup is stored in the account__v field on the medical_inquiry__v object.
Inquiry and Delivery Method Information
The delivery_method_section__c section allows end users to enter the HCP's question and method to receive a reply to the Medical Inquiry.
Configuring Medical Inquiries for

To configure this module:
- Ensure Configuring Accounts is complete.
- EnsureConfiguring Call Reporting is complete.
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select Objects
- Grant users the following permissions:

medical_inquiry__v CRED medical_inquiry__v - signature__v
- signature_date__v
- medical_inquiry_status__v field
Edit - Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > call2__v.
- Grant execute permission to the create_medical_inquiry__v object action on the call2__v object.
- Select Objects > medical_inquiry__v > Layouts.
- Select the appropriate layout.
- Edit the medical_inquiry_status__v field and select the Display As Read-Only check box.
- Select Objects > account__v.
- Add the medical_inquiries__capp section to the appropriate account__v layout.
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > vmobile_object_configuration__v.
- Enable the appropriate VMOCs for medical_inquiry__v.
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Tabs and create a tab for the medical_inquiry__v object. This step is optional.
VMOCs for Medical Inquiry on iPad or iPhone are not needed for Medical Inquiries if the Include Related Objects check box is selected on the Account object VMOC for iPad or iPhone, and Medical Inquiry is configured as a related list on the Account detail page.
