Approved Email Reports and Dashboards

Approved Email provides end users and content admins with a group of reports and dashboards readily available to track Approved Emails. End users can view dashboards to observe trends on how their sent emails are used by their accounts and help them when planning future Approved Emails. Content admins can also use the Approved Email reports as building blocks for custom Approved Email dashboards, simplifying the process of creating a new report while also maintaining customization.

Content Admin Users

Approved Email Reports

Approved Email Reports are used as components of dashboards. They are used by both default Approved Email dashboards, and Content Admins can use them in custom-made dashboards.

Report	Description
Bounced Email by Account	Displays a list of all the emails that have bounced. Also included is a list of email addresses and account details associated with bounced emails.
Document Views By Product	Lists all Approved Documents in Vault CRM and displays the number of times the document was viewed, grouped by product.
Document Views By Product and ET	Lists all Approved Documents in Vault CRM and displays the number of times the document was viewed, grouped by product and further grouped by template.
Email by Template	Displays the various metrics on email activities of sent emails, grouped by product and further grouped by template.
Send vs. Open Rate by Product	Compares the send rate vs. open rate for sent emails by each product.
Open/Click Rate by Product	Compares the open rate vs. click rate for sent emails by each product.
Sent Email by Account	Displays the number of emails sent to each account, grouped by email address.
Sent Email by Month	Displays the number of emails sent each month, grouped by both month and specific day.
Sent Email by Sender by Product and ET	Displays the number of emails sent by each user, excluding admins. Emails are grouped by users, then further grouped by product, then further grouped by template.
Spam Reports by Product and ET	Displays all emails marked as spam by recipients, grouped by product and further grouped by template.
Unsubscribes by Template	Displays all emails that were unsubscribed from, grouped by product and further grouped by template.
Vault Domain Views by Product	Lists the number of times a document was viewed, grouped by product and further grouped by Vault ID.

Dashboard	Description
Dashboard for Products	Graphically represents the different activities associated with sent emails. Consists of the following Approved Email Reports: Email by Template (labeled as Sent Emails by Product) Document Views by Product Open/Click Rate by Product (labeled as Open Click Rate by Product)
Sent Email by Month	Graphically representing the number of emails sent by all the users in any given calendar month using the Sent Email by Month Approved Email Report.
