Defining Sub-Presentation Slides as
To define a set of required slides:
- Create a Presentation binder and upload the required Slide documents. This is the sub-presentation. See Creating CLM Content as Documents for more information.
- Associate the sub-presentation with every Slide document that must be preceded by the sub-presentation.
- Navigate to All > Library
- Navigate to the appropriate Slide document
- Select Relationships in the menu on the right
- Select Add Related Sub Presentation
- Select the Presentation binder you just created
- Select Save
Displaying Sub-Presentation Slides as
When a user attempts to view the main presentation slide without viewing the preceding sub-presentation, the first slide in the sub-presentation automatically displays. Once the user has viewed all required slides, they can continue to display the remaining slides in the main presentation.
Required slides are only displayed once in a CLM session. Once the slide is viewed, it does not display again.
A view is captured when either of the following occurs:
- The user displays the slide for more than two seconds
- The user selects a reaction button. The duration timer is reset for each swipe.
