Configuring Content Studio

Content Studio makes content creation more accessible and adaptable by allowing content creators to create interactive custom pages for end users while adhering to company standards and branding—without needing to write code.

Content Studio admins can manage user access to features and content in Content Studio using Teams and Permissions. Content creators are assigned a unique username and password, specific to Content Studio, that enables them to create, update, and deploy content, depending on their assigned permissions.

Configuring Content Studio for

To configure Content Studio:

  1. Ensure Teams are created, if using Teams. Only the Global Team is initially provided.
  2. Create a connection between Content Studio and Vault CRM.
  3. Create additional users and grant users the appropriate Content Studio user permissions, including permission to deploy content if appropriate.
  4. Create Agencies to grant Agency partners access to Content Studio and assign external users to specific agency groups for content collaboration. (This step is optional.)

Content Studio determines the language based on the user’s device. If the language set on the user’s device is not supported, Content Studio uses English (US) by default.

Content Studio does not rely on Vault Messages.

Accessing Content Studio as

To access and use Content Studio, customers must submit a support ticket requesting a Content Studio domain for Vault CRM and a Content Studio admin user. The ticket must include an email address and a unique username for each requested admin user. Customers can request up to five Content Studio admin users. Admin users are sent an email with instructions on how to reset their temporary password and log in to Content Studio.

Content Studio admins are only associated with the Global Team. They are granted Deploy to All Connections and Use Production Test Users permissions.

Using Content Studio as

Content creators can create Email Templates, test content in Vault CRM, and deploy content to Vault PromoMats or MedComms.

To log into Content Studio, navigate to your Content Studio URL in any supported browser.
