Content Studio Overview

Content Studio is a centralized workspace for creating, managing, and deploying customer-facing digital assets. Content creators, administrators, and external agency partners use Content Studio to assemble Email Templates. The Content Studio workspace coordinates creative workflows with strict branding guidelines and deployment environments to lower content administration costs.

Key Capabilities

  • Dual-Engine Authoring — Accommodates both a drag-and-drop layout canvas and a text-based HTML source code editor with syntax highlighting.
  • Brand Kits — Maintain design consistency by anchoring logos, images, default colors, and typography styles to the authoring canvas. The platform supports Google Fonts and double-byte UTF-8 scripts, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters.
  • Hierarchical Team Management — Controls content visibility and user access across up to five organizational levels.
  • Agency Isolation — Protects proprietary material by restricting external agency users to view and edit only the content their specific agency created.

Pre-Flight Testing and Vault Deployment

To ensure compliance before medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review, users can test dynamic content inside Content Studio. Creators can preview emails using simulated smartphone frames or desktop views populated with live Vault CRM test data. The built-in Health Check provides warnings to prevent message clipping, evaluates text-to-image ratios, and verifies Mailgun domain authentication records.

Content Studio connects directly to Vault CRM, Vault PromoMats, and Vault MedComms through a secure, token-based connection file. When a user approves an asset, Content Studio packages the source HTML, media components, and configuration metadata into a versioned payload. This payload uploads automatically to the destination Vault and maps to the target document fields. If an asset originates from the conversational AI tool, the platform stamps an automated tracking field to preserve model lineage throughout the compliance lifecycle.
