Order Campaigns
Order campaigns allow the targeting of specific segments and comparison of the effectiveness of promotions in different regions or accounts. Pricing Rules can be associated with an order campaign and only apply to the order if the order campaign is selected. Order campaigns can be applied by order object type, order account object type, order account group, or globally.

Configuring Order Campaigns for

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
Creating Order Campaigns as

To create an order campaign:
- Navigate to the Order Campaigns tab.
- Select Create.
- Complete the following fields:
- start_date__v
- end_date__v
- order_record_type__v (if the order campaign should only apply to orders of a specific object type)
- account_record_type__v (if the order campaign should only apply to orders placed for accounts of a specific object type)
- account_group__v (if the order campaign should only apply to orders placed for accounts in a specific account group)
- default__v (if the order campaign should be automatically selected for the order upon order creation)
- order_campaign_bound__v (if the order campaign should restrict applied List Price Pricing Rules to only List Price Pricing Rules that match on the Campaign and Contract or Campaign level of the Pricing Rule Hierarchy)
- Select Save.
If multiple order campaigns available for the order have default__v = True, a default order campaign is not applied to the order.
Using Order Campaigns as

Users can select an order campaign on the order header if the order campaign meets the following conditions:
- Order campaign start date must be on or before the order date
- Order campaign end date must be on or after the order date
- If the order campaign is restricted by account group, the order campaign account group must match the order account group.
- If the order campaign is restricted by account object type, the order campaign account object type must match the order account’s object type.
- If the order campaign is restricted by order object type, the order campaign order object type must match the order’s object type.
Adding an order campaign to an order allows pricing rules of the Campaign and Contract and Campaign levels of the Pricing Rule Hierarchy to apply to the order. If the order_campaign_bound__v check box is selected for the order, only the Contract and Campaign and Campaign levels of the Pricing Rule Hierarchy are considered, even if there are no matching pricing rules in the two levels.
Selecting an order campaign can control the available order assortments for an order.
