Creating and Managing Patients in Vault CRM

Users can create and manage Patient records within core Vault CRM with synchronized parent (Account) and child (Patient Attribute) records. This allows organizations to view and manage their patient schemas directly within core Vault CRM, without requiring a configured Patient CRM application.

Configuring Patients in Core Vault CRM for

To configure this feature:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
  2. Select the appropriate permission set.
  3. Select the Objects tab.
  4. Grant the following permissions:
    ObjectObject PermissionObject TypesFieldsField Permission
    account__vCREaccount_patient__vAll applicable fieldsEdit
    patient_attribute__vCREn/aAll applicable fieldsEdit
  5. Navigate to the Pages tab.
  6. Grant View permission for the New Patient Creation page.

Creating Patients in Core Vault CRM as

To create Patient records in core Vault CRM:

  1. Navigate to the New Patient Creation page.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Populate the Create Patient page fields.
  4. Select Save.

Managing Patient Attributes in Core Vault CRM as

To view and manage Patient Attribute records:

  1. Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Patient Attributes.
  2. Select the appropriate Patient Attribute record.
  3. Optionally, select the Patient Attribute record’s corresponding edit icon to edit fields.
