Mac OS Requirements

The following are the minimum specifications to ensure the best experience when using CRM Desktop (Mac):

  • Version - MacOS 26 (Tahoe) or higher
  • Processor – M1 chip or newer
  • Memory – 16 GB RAM is recommended. Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Hard disk space – 256 GB SSD is recommended. Minimum 256 GB.
  • Screen resolution – Minimum 1440 by 900 pixels
  • Graphics – Apple Silicon integrated GPU

Configuring Vault CRM Functionality for CRM Desktop (Mac)

To configure Vault CRM functionality on CRM Desktop (Mac), admins must activate VMOCs for the appropriate objects for CRM Desktop (Mac). See the individual feature topics for more information.

Once configuration is complete, users can install the app and sign in to sync the content in their media library.
