Align
Using Vault CRM Managed Roster Member Fields in Align – Available on Browser
Specific aln_roster_member__v fields can be designated as being managed by Vault CRM, even if the roster member is mastered by Align. This is useful for fields that are dependent on the Vault CRM user’s input, for example time zone.
Managing Engage Licenses in Align – Available on Browser
Align operational users can add and remove users from Engage and Engage Connect groups directly in Align. Managing license membership from Align ensures users have their Engage licenses automatically revoked when they are inactivated from Vault CRM, so they can be reused for new employees.
Resetting Vault CRM User Passwords in Align – Available on Browser
Align operational users can reset user’s passwords via their associated aln_roster_member__v record in Align. When a roster member marked for a password reset is pushed to Vault CRM, the associated user is notified to reset their password via Vault’s standard reset password email.
Managing Vault CRM User Preferences in Align – Available on Browser
In Vault CRM, preferences__v records are associated with user__v records and employ Veeva-provided and customer-created business logic to impact how users interact with Vault CRM. For example, the event_country_config__v field enables admins to define a user’s default country when creating an event, simplifying the event creation process. Align operational users can manage these user preferences via aln_roster_member__v records.
