Managing Patient HIPAA and Program Authorizations - Available on Browser
End users can capture and manage patient authorizations for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Programs directly within Patient CRM. This enables streamlined consent management as part of the patient intake process and throughout the patient journey.
Using AI Auto-Fill in Patient Intake Forms - Available on Browser
End users can use the Patient Center Overview tab to quickly view statistics about a specific Patient Journey, including monitoring patient volumes, adherence, and unresolved escalations.
