Agentic Call Report™ uses AI to transform natural language into structured call reports, replacing field-by-field data entry with a superior user experience and the ability to capture valuable Commercial Evidence™ at scale. After meeting with an HCP, the end user describes the interaction in their own words. Vault AI interprets the language, translates it into a structured record, and checks free text fields, for example Call Text, for compliance.
Because end users record interactions while the details are still fresh, call reports are more accurate, complete, and valuable to the business. Agentic Call Report's text monitoring functionality breaks through the compliance barrier that has long discouraged free text capture. In place of fragmentary structured data, the business gains a richer, more complete record of field activity. Accessing Agentic Call Report
Users can access the Agentic Call Report using multiple methods: hands-free access with Siri®, long-pressing the AI icon in Vault CRM, or selecting a dictation option in My Notes.
