Media Agent Overview

The Media Agent uses AI to help users quickly find information about products and access relevant media for HCP interactions. Through an interactive AI Chat, users can ask questions about their products and receive clear, concise answers with links to the relevant media where the information is found.

Accessing the Media Agent

To access the Media Agent, select the AI Chat button.

The AI Chat button displays on screens where an AI agent can assist the user, based on the user’s permissions and data access.
