Ensure the following configuration is complete:

• Configuring Agentic Media
• Advanced Text Search , if using CLM as Object Model
• Searching the Media Library, if using CLM as Document Model
• Using AI Chat (enables the AI Chat window; not required for accessing Agentic Media through Media AI)

Agentic Media intelligently analyzes content across the user’s Media Library and provides contextual answers based on the approved CLM content available on the user’s device. The agent searches against content in all languages supported by Vault OCR (Optical Character Recognition).

Agentic Media references legacy text search content, which is the viewable rendition from PromoMats/MedComm for CLM as Object Model content, or the viewable rendition generated for CLM as Document Model content.

Content Exclusions

The following types of CLM content are excluded as source material:

• Staged content
• Approved hidden presentations
• Approved training presentations
• Approved website content
• Content not managed in PromoMats/MedComms (applies to CLM as Object Model content only; CLM as Document Model content can be managed directly in CRM)

The Media AI tab is the default view when entering the Media Library for the first time, and it is the primary entry point for Agentic Media. To start a conversation, navigate to the Media Library and select Media AI from the top navigation bar.

The agent search displays as a full-screen tab. Two actions display by default, to help users get started:

• What slides have been shown most this week?
• Research my products

If custom actions are configured, up to 20 action buttons display above the search bar.

Select any action to instantly send that prompt to the agent, or enter your own request in the search bar by typing. Common questions include asking about product and safety information, efficacy data, and dosing and administration. Continue the conversation naturally by typing follow-up questions.

To maintain focus on CLM content, only Agentic Media is available in Media AI. Other agents (for example, the Account Summary Agent) are available in the AI Chat window.

Agentic Media in AI Chat is available as a floating window over the user’s active page. Conversation history in AI Chat remains in memory for the session and is not saved.

To access Agentic Media in AI Chat, select the AI icon. The AI icon displays on screens where an AI agent can assist the user, based on the user’s permissions and data access:

• Account Detail
• Call Reports
• Vault CRM Home Page
• Media AI Tab

If only Agentic Media is enabled and no other agents are enabled, the AI icon does not display while viewing the Media AI tab.

Agentic Media responses include inline numbered citations next to relevant facts, with thumbnails at the bottom of the response. If a response has more than two citations, the rest are collapsed behind a Show All Sources control.

When users access CLM content from Agentic Media, sub-presentations display before a cited slide can be presented, presented slides are tracked as Call Key Messages during a call, and Save for Later options are available when presenting outside a call.

Accessing Linked CLM Presentation Slides

When the user launches CLM media while viewing an account page or call report, the presentation is validated against restricted products, allowed products, account segmentation, and Do Not Call. A context warning displays in the answer if at least one of the linked slides fails the validation.

Validation re-runs every time a linked slide is selected, even from older saved conversations. If validation fails or the presentation no longer exists on the device, an error message displays and the slide does not open.

If Agentic Media cannot answer the question based on the source material, the response indicates the requested information is not available.

Tracking Linked CLM Presentation Slides

In preview mode, users can select the All Actions menu in the media player to select an account and start a call, or save the activity as an unassigned presentation.

Slide activity is tracked differently if the user is viewing an account or call report:

• Account:
• The slide displays and a call is created for the account. The slide is automatically tracked on the call report.
• If the Select CLM Call Record Type Multichannel Setting is enabled, users select the call object type when the call is created. See Enabling Object Type Selection for CLM Calls for more information.
• Call Report:
• If the user is editing the call report, the slide displays and is automatically tracked on the call report
• If the user is viewing the call report, the slide displays in preview mode and is not tracked on the call report
