Using Deep Linking in X-Pages
Deep Linking allows end users to access certain Vault CRM features directly from an X-Page or section based on the information presented. For example, content developers can use Deep Linking to allow users to:
- Launch Call Reporting
- Navigate to existing records in Vault CRM
- Navigate to different X-Pages tabs
- Navigate to the Media Library
- Take action on Suggestions
- Navigate to My Schedule to schedule calls
For example, to identify high-value HCPs to interact with in the coming week, users can select several HCPs from an X-Page, then navigate to the My Schedule view with the selected HCPs ready to schedule. Users can then drag each account onto the schedule into an available time slot. When finished, they select the Back button to return to the previous X-Page.
