Setting the Default KOL Profile Page
By default, when a user navigates to an account in Vault CRM, the account detail screen displays information about the account’s calls, territories, multichannel activities, and more. However, this information may not be the most relevant for all end users.
Users can view customized KOL profile information by default after navigating to a stakeholder account. Content developers can create a custom X-Page to display KOL Profile information tailored to end users. For example, the KOL Profile Page could include medical events, clinical trials, and sent emails specific to that KOL.

- Browser, iPad Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- Business Admin Users, Content Developers, End Users
Creating a Default KOL Profile page as

To create a Default KOL Profile page:
- Create an html_report__v record with the kol_profile__v object type.
- Upload the content zip file as an attachment.
- Publish the HTML report.
There can only be one KOL profile page per account type.

Setting the Default KOL Profile as

To set the Default KOL Profile for end users:

Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > veeva_settings__v and edit the Global Veeva Settings record.

Populate the Default KOL Profile Veeva Setting with a value of 1 to set the KOL Profile visualization as the default landing page for mobile users. This overrides the Default Account Profile Veeva Setting, if used.

To view the Default KOL Profile for an account, select a KOL account.
