Managing Pages in X-Pages Studio

Content creators can edit the content properties for a specific page or delete pages to clear the home page of outdated or unused pages using X-Pages Studio.

Who can use this feature?

  • Browser Users
  • Users do not require an additional license
  • Studio Admins, Content Creators

Editing Content Properties as

To edit the content properties for an X-Page:

  1. Navigate to the edit page.
  2. Select the Properties tab.
  3. Update the Page Name field or any test records specific to the selected content type. The Page Type field cannot be edited.

Deleting X-Pages as

Veeva recommends removing all deployed instances of an X-Pages before deleting it. If a user deletes a page without removing the deployed instances, the user must manually delete the html_report__v record in their vault.

To delete a page from the home page:

  1. Select Actions for the appropriate content.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Select OK in the confirmation modal.

Users can recover deleted content by submitting a support ticket.
