Scheduling a Call in My Accounts
The Schedule a Call action can be added to the My Accounts screen. This allows users to create Call records for a selected account or for multiple accounts. The Schedule a Call action displays on the My Accounts screen when a user has visibility to the My Schedule tab and the tab is displayed. If a user does not have access to the My Schedule tab or the tab is only accessible by selecting the All Tabs plus sign (+), the Schedule a Call action is hidden.

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Accounts is complete.
Using Call Scheduling in My Accounts as

To schedule a call from My Accounts:
- Select one or more accounts.
Users can select up to 200 accounts with the exception of the Edge Chromium browser which has a limit of 190 accounts.
- Select Schedule a Call from the All Actions menu.
Scheduling a call for a single account on the Browser platform opens a Call Report for the account instead of navigating to My Schedule.
- Select a Start Date. The Call Scheduler schedules calls beginning on this date.
- Select the number of Calls per Day.
- Select the Schedule button. The My Schedule tab displays the scheduled calls.
