To configure this feature:

1. Ensure Configuring Align is complete.
2. Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
3. Select the appropriate permission set.
4. Select the Objects tab.

5. Grant the following permissions:

   Object	Object Permission	Object Types	Fields	Field Permission
   aln_product_specialty__v	CRED	n/a	product_specialty__v eligibility_reason__v external_id__v product__v promotion_eligibility__v requested_promotion_eligibility__v specialty__v	Edit

6. Navigate to the Actions section.
7. Enable the create_bulk__v action.
8. Navigate to the Tabs tab.
9. Grant access to the aln_product_specialty__v tab.

Align operations users can create product specialty records in bulk when there is a new product or specialty to add.

To create product specialties in bulk:

1. Navigate to the Product Specialty tab.
2. Select Create Bulk Product Specialties.
3. Select the Create Product Specialty records for all products check box to create records for all products.
4. Select a product from the Product drop-down list to specify a single product.
5. Select the Create Product Specialty records for all specialties check box to create records for all specialties.
6. Select a specialty from the Specialty drop-down list to specify a single specialty.
7. Select a value from the Requested Promotion Eligibility drop-down list to populate the value on each new record.
8. Select a value from the Eligibility Reason drop-down list to populate the value on each new record.
9. Select Save.
