Managing Field Forces
Field forces are a collection of Align territories sharing a common focus and are grouped together for reporting purposes. Align operational users can create and define field forces, streamlining the overall territory management process.

Align Operational Users
To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Align is complete.
Viewing Field Forces as
Align Operational Users
The Field Forces tab contain the following sub-tabs:
- List – Active records display in a grid layout. Users can select column headers to sort the list.
- Hierarchy – Displays the records as a tree structure. Users can navigate the hierarchy by expanding and collapsing branches of the structure.

Navigate to an individual aln_field_force__v record by selecting it from the Field Forces tab or from a related record.
