My Schedule’s Day View enables users to view and manage calls and other entries one day at a time.

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Call Planning is complete.
Managing Calls in Day View as

On the Browser platform, Day View provides a single-day scheduling view. Days of the week display in the calendar header. To jump to another day of the week, select the appropriate date from the calendar header.
To edit a call or other entry:
- Select the call or entry from the scheduling grid.
- Select the More Actions icon.
- Select Edit to open the record for editing.
To move a call to a different date, select a call entry. Then, drag the entry to the desired date.
To edit call duration, hover over the top or bottom edge of the call entry, then select the resize handle and drag it to the appropriate time slot.
