Aligning Promotional Products and BRCs by User

To enable more targeted access to products in the Sample and Promotional Items section of the call report, users can be aligned with specific promotional products and BRCs. Marking specific products as user-aligned overrides users’ default access to all child products associated with a detail product, restricting access to the subset of items relevant for the user.

For example, users may only be approved to distribute certain strengths of a medication or work with specific product indications. This alignment capability ensures different users detailing the same brand only have access to the promotional products and BRCs relevant to their role.
