Filtering Event Speakers When Signing into an Event
To filter out event speakers that are no longer applicable to the event, admins can exclude event speakers with specific statuses, for example, Confirmed or Declined, from displaying in an event’s sign-in sheet.

Configuring Filtering Event Speakers When Signing into an Event for
To configure this feature:

Ensure the following features are configured:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select the Objects tab.

- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Events Management Settings.
- Edit the appropriate record.
- Populate the exclude_event_speakers_from_sign_in__v multi-select picklist with the appropriate values from the em_event_speaker_status__v picklist on the em_event_speaker__v object. Speakers with a selected status will not display on the Digital Sign-in Sheet.
- Select Save.

When viewing sign-in sheets used by attendees to sign into an event, em_event_speaker__v records with a status matching the exclude_event_speakers_from_sign_in__v Events Management Setting do not display in the list of attendees.
