Medical CRM Overview
Medical CRM features are designed specifically for Medical Affairs organizations and include the necessary tools for planning, executing, and recording scientific engagements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Medical users can use all Vault CRM functionality.
The following specific features help medical information teams support non-promotional scientific exchange, manage medical information requests, and capture valuable insights from the medical community in a compliant manner, including:

Medical CRM has three types of users, each with unique roles and responsibilities:
- Business Admin Users - Update terminology for objects and UI elements to display appropriate terms for medical users
- Medical Affairs Users - Define the key Scientific Interests they want to track; MSLs then select a Scientific Interest when creating a Documented Interest
- Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) - Perform activities related to medical users, for example, plan territory strategy, manage KOL relationships, record interactions (Calls), and capture scientific insights
