Medical CRM Overview
Medical CRM is a multichannel solution that addresses the needs of medical organizations, including medical affairs, medical science liaisons, and medical information organizations. Medical CRM allows you to quickly and easily engage with opinion leaders and healthcare providers by enabling key capabilities for medical field teams, including planning, content sharing, capturing medical discussions, and capturing and analyzing medical insights.
Medical CRM uses the same source data as Vault CRM, including shared objects and fields, but with a user interface designed specifically for medical users. Some UI terms are pre-translated with industry standard Medical terminology by default. Additional terminology can be customized as needed. See Medical CRM Translations for more information.

Medical CRM has two types of users, each with unique roles and responsibilities:
- Business Admin Users - Creates translations for objects and UI elements to display appropriate terms for medical users
- End Users - Performs activities related to medical users such as creating medical discussions and adding key medical insights
