Viewing Captured Medical Inquiry Signatures
To facilitate audits and confirm HCP approval of medical inquiry content, business admin users can access medical inquiry signatures from Account records or Rep Roster records. This enables admins to review and validate the authenticity and consistency of all medical inquiry signatures, either by account or by individual user.
Validation Disclaimer
Viewing Captured Medical Inquiry Signatures is released without validation. This feature requires enablement and does not affect other Vault CRM functionality. It was extensively tested by our QA team during the development and release process and will go through validation at a later date.

Configuring Viewing Captured Medical Inquiry Signatures for
Business Admin Users
To configure this feature:

Ensure Configuring Medical Inquiries is complete.

Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.

Select the appropriate permission set.

Select the Objects tab.

Grant the following permissions:
Object Object Permission Object Types Fields Field Permission medical_inquiry__v CRED All applicable object types - account__v

- name__v
- ownerid__v
- signature__v
- signature_date__v
Read rep_roster__v R n/a n/a n/a user__sys R n/a n/a n/a -
Grant Execute permission for the view_med_inquiry_signatures__v action on the account__v object.

Grant Execute permission for the view_med_inquiry_signatures__v action on the rep_roster__v object.

Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > account__v > Object Types.

Ensure the view_med_inquiry_signatures__v action is enabled for the appropriate account__v object types.
Using Viewing Captured Medical Inquiry Signatures as
Business Admin Users
To view captured electronic signatures for Medical Inquiry Fulfillment, select the View Medical Inquiry Signatures action from the All Actions menu on an Account or Rep Roster record.
Selecting the action from an Account record displays signatures from the account, across users, while selecting the action from the Rep Roster record displays signatures captured by the user, across accounts.
The 50 most recent signatures display in the View Signatures modal. Users can search by signature date.
To generate a printable signature list, select Print. The list opens in a new Browser tab.
Select the Print button to open a printable version of the list in the device's native printing dialog.
