Granting Consent
HCPs grant consent on the Consent Capture screen. They can opt in or out for specific channels and lines, or quickly select or deselect all lines for a channel using the Subscribe All and Unsubscribe All buttons.

Ensure Configuring Consent Capture is complete.
Granting Consent as
HCPs
To opt into a channel or line, select the appropriate toggle to shift it to the right, displaying green. To opt out, select the toggle to shift it to the left, displaying red.
To opt into all lines for a channel at once, select the Subscribe All button for the appropriate channel. To opt out, select the Unsubscribe All button. The Subscribe All and Unsubscribe All buttons are enabled by default, but business admins can disable them to prevent end users from unintentionally capturing consent for the wrong channels.
