Confirming Consent Changes with Signatures and Paper Consent IDs
After granting at least one opt-in consent, the HCP must review and confirm their consent changes with a signature on mobile devices or paper consent IDs online.

Ensure Configuring Consent Capture is complete.
Confirming Consent Changes as
After making consent changes on the Consent Capture screen on a mobile device, the HCP can:
- Select Continue.
- Select the check box beside the consent text.
- Select Continue.
- Sign.
- Select Accept.
- Select Finish.
After making consent changes on the Consent Capture page online, the HCP can:
- Select Continue.
- Select the check box beside the consent text.
- Enter the Paper Consent ID.
- Select Continue.
- Select Finish.
By default, when consent changes only include opt-out consent, HCPs are not required to confirm the changes. To ensure HCPs always confirm any consent changes, customers can also require signatures and paper consent IDs when consent changes only include opt-outs. See Requiring Signatures on Opt-Out for more information.
