Using the Engage Splash Screen
Content creators can use a provided template to create a splash screen that displays for attendees when the meeting host is not sharing their screen during an Engage meeting. Alternatively, content creators can create a custom splash screen.

Configuring the Engage Splash Screen for
To configure this feature:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select Objects.
- Grant the following permissions:

- Grant Execute permission to the Publish action on the html_report__v object.
- Create a tab for the html_report__v object.
- Grant content creators access to the tab you just created.
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > html_report__v.
- Select the Layouts tab.
- Create a layout for the remote_meeting__v object type.
- Ensure the name__v, object_type__v, and platform__v fields are on each layout.
- Navigate to Business Admin > vmobile
- Enable the locale__sys object VMOC for the appropriate mobile devices.
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Engage Meeting is complete.
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select Objects.
- Grant the following permissions:

Ensure users have Read permission to all objects and fields referenced in the HTML report created.
Creating the Engage Splash Screen as
- Download the Engage Splash Screen content zip file or create a custom zip file.
- Navigate to the Business Admin tab.
- Select HTML Reports.
- Select Create.
- Select Remote Meeting for HTML Report Type.
- Select Continue.
- Populate the Report Name field.
- Select Remote Meeting for the Object Type.
- Select Save.
- Select Upload in the Attachments section.
- Select the appropriate zip file.
Each record should only have one zip file attached. Attachments must be zip files and must contain the index.html file directly in the zip. The attachment limit is 32 MB. Delete previous files if more room is required.
- Select Publish from the All Actions menu to make the content available in Vault.
Using the Engage Splash Screen as
If a splash screen is available, it displays for attendees when the meeting host is not sharing their screen during an Engage meeting.
