Using the Engage Splash Screen
When a meeting host is not sharing their screen during an Engage meeting, a splash screen displays to attendees. Content creators can use the provided page template or create a custom X-Pages splash screen to customize the hosting experience for attendees.
Who can use this feature?
- iPad Users
- Users require an Engage license
- Content Creator Users, Meeting Hosts
Considerations
If Host Screen Sharing on iPad is enabled, the splash screen does not display.
Configuring the Engage Splash Screen for
Meeting Hosts
To configure this feature:

Ensure the following features are configured:
- Ensure users have Read field permission to all fields referenced in the HTML.
Creating the Engage Splash Screen as
Content Creator Users

Download the Engage Splash Screen content zip file or create a custom zip file.
- Create an html_report__v record with the remote_meeting__v record type and attach the content zip file. See Creating X-Pages Content for more information.
