Engage Overview
Vault CRM Engage enables CRM users to build stronger relationships with HCPs through a comprehensive remote engagement platform, encouraging collaboration and information sharing tailored to HCP preferences. Users can share their meeting availability, host and attend secure remote meetings, chat in real-time with HCPs and colleagues, share approved content, and capture remote signatures for compliance. This allows users to personalize their approach to HCPs, leading to more frequent and meaningful interactions.
Users require an Engage license. See Vault CRM Licensing Overview for more information. Additionally, Engage is restricted in some countries due to regulatory concerns.
While Engage functionality is integrated into Vault CRM for CRM users, HCPs can access a standalone Engage app available on Android, iOS, and Web devices. This ensures effortless communication on their preferred platform.
Not all features are available on all platforms. For a list of available platforms for each feature, see Platform Functionality.

Engage has several different types of users, each of them with unique roles and responsibilities:
- Business Admin User
- Enables Engage functionality for end users
- Manages in-meeting experience settings for Engage meetings
- End User

- Requires an Engage contractual license
- HCP
- Does not need an Engage contractual license
- Uses the Engage Web Client or one of the Engage apps
- Can optionally create an Engage account to connect with end users and other HCPs
- User Attendee / Colleague
- Other Vault CRM users who collaborate with meeting hosts, and need to see or be invited to meetings
