Using the Connections Tab
HCPs can manage their connections from the Connections tab.
Who can use this feature?
- Android, iPad, iPhone, Web users
- Users do not require an additional license
- HCPs
Viewing the Connections List as

In the Connections tab, a list of the HCP’s connections display, including CRM users and other HCPs. A briefcase icon displays on a user’s profile photo if the user is a CRM user. This allows HCPs to quickly distinguish between HCP and CRM user connections.
Select a connection to display the connection’s profile.
CRM user profiles display information based on the CRM user’s company configuration. The CRM user’s profile also displays a list of products that the user is configured to use. HCPs can select a brand to display the corresponding Brand profile.
If the brand does not have a configured brand profile, the brand displays as grayed out in the list.
Inviting Coworkers as

HCPs can invite coworkers to connect and chat with them in Engage from the Connections tab.
To invite coworkers:
- Select Invite Coworkers.
- Enter the appropriate email address.
- Select Send Connection Invite.
HCPs can view their previously sent connection invitations by selecting Sent Invites.
