Creating an Order from a Call
Users can place orders for an account from an associated call.
On group calls, the account the order is recorded for is the account of the parent call. Users may place orders for attendees of group calls only if the call is a unique activity call.
Who can use this feature?
- Browser, iPad, Windows Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- End Users
Configuring Creating an Order from a Call for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
- Ensure Enabling Orders for an Account is complete for the account.
- Ensure Configuring Call Reporting is complete.
Creating an Order from a Call as

To create an order from a call:

Select the All Actions menu while recording or editing a call.

Select Create Order. The order entry page opens in a new tab.
- Select the All Actions menu while recording or editing a call .
- Select Create Order.
- Select Save, Submit, or Cancel on the order to return to the Call.
- Select the All Actions menu while recording or editing a call .
- Select Create Order.
- Select Save, Submit, or Cancel on the order to return to the Call.
