Creating an Order from an Account
Users can place orders for an account from the account detail page or the My Accounts list.
Who can use this feature?
- Browser, iPad Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- End Users
Configuring Creating an Order from an Account for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
- Ensure Enabling Orders for an Account is complete for the account.
Creating an Order from an Account as

To create an Order from:
Account
- Navigate to an account.
- Scroll to the Orders related list section.
- Select the Create button in the related list section.
My Accounts
- Navigate to the My Accounts tab.
- Select the check box for an account.
- Select the All Actions menu.
- Select Create Order.
Account
- Navigate to the Account Management tab.
- Select an account.
- Select the All Actions menu.
- Select New Order.
My Accounts
- Navigate to the My Accounts tab.
- Select the All Actions menu.
- Select Create Order.
