Creating an Order from an Account

Users can place orders for an account from the account detail page or the My Accounts list.

Who can use this feature?

  • Browser, iPad Users
  • Users do not require an additional license
  • End Users

Configuring Creating an Order from an Account for

To configure this feature:

  1. Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
  2. Ensure Enabling Orders for an Account is complete for the account.

Creating an Order from an Account as

To create an Order from:

Account

  1. Navigate to an account.
  2. Scroll to the Orders related list section.
  3. Select the Create button in the related list section.

My Accounts

  1. Navigate to the My Accounts tab.
  2. Select the check box for an account.
  3. Select the All Actions menu.
  4. Select Create Order.

Account

  1. Navigate to the Account Management tab.
  2. Select an account.
  3. Select the All Actions menu.
  4. Select New Order.

My Accounts

  1. Navigate to the My Accounts tab.
  2. Select the All Actions menu.
  3. Select Create Order.
