Using CLM with Orders
CLM (closed loop marketing) functionality is a powerful tool allowing end users to present approved, interactive content to accounts. By using CLM and Order Management together, users can:
- Access order management functionality directly from CLM content, streamlining the process of placing orders while presenting content
- Launch a CLM presentation from an order to answer questions about a specific product or provide more details for the customer placing the order

Configuring Creating an Order from a CLM Presentation for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Order Management is complete.
- Ensure Enabling Orders for an Account is complete for the account.
- Ensure Configuring CLM is complete.
Creating an Order from a CLM Presentation as

To create an order for an account while presenting from CLM:
- Ensure an Account has been selected for the CLM Presentation.
- Select the More Actions menu with a presentation open.
- Select Create Order.
- Select Done to return to the presentation.
- Select Done to end the CLM presentation.
- Select Save, Submit, or Cancel on the order.
Reviewing Orders and Adding Order Lines Created From a CLM Presentation
To review an order, select Review Order from the More Actions menu. If the Detail Product is populated on the source Key Message, the saved Order Lines are filtered by Detail Product.
To add a product to an order, select Add to Order Lines from the More Actions menu. The CLM Presentation slide must have a key message associated with the product. The order displays and the end user is navigated to the product to adjust the quantity.
Launching a CLM Presentation from an Order as

To launch a CLM presentation from an order:
- Select the information icon (i) next to a product on the Order Lines page to view the product details.
- Select the Media tab. Available presentations display including custom presentations. Hidden and training presentations are excluded. If no CLM presentations are available, the Media tab does not display.
- Select a thumbnail to launch the slide’s content within the CLM Media Player.
- Close the CLM Media Player to return to the order.
