Viewing Captured Signatures
For auditing and compliance purposes, sample admin users can view captured electronic signatures for call sampling and medical inquiry from Rep Roster records. This enables the sample admin to review all call sampling or medical inquiry signatures captured by a user. Once users have submitted a call report or medical inquiry, they cannot view captured signatures.
Validation Disclaimer
Sample Management features in the 24R2.2 release are released without validation. Sample Management requires enablement and does not affect other Vault CRM functionality. Sample Management features were extensively tested by our QA team during the development and release process and will go through validation at a later date.

Configuring Viewing Captured Signatures for

To configure this feature:

Ensure Configuring Sample Management is complete.

Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.

Select the appropriate permission set.

Navigate to Objects > rep_roster__v > Object Action Permissions.

Grant sample admin users execute permission for one or both of the following actions on the rep_roster__v object:
- view_call_signatures__v - for viewing call signatures
- view_med_inquiry_signatures__v - for viewing medical inquiry signatures
Using Viewing Captured Signatures as

To view captured electronic signatures for call sampling, select the View Call Signatures action on a rep_roster__v record. To view captured electronic signatures for Medical Inquiry Fulfillment, select the View Medical Inquiry Signatures action on a rep_roster__v record.
The View Signatures modal displays the 50 most recent signatures captured by the user for the corresponding activity, across accounts. Users can filter by signature date from the current date to the first month of the previous calendar year.
To generate a printable signature list, select Printable View.
