Amazon Connect is a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) application, integrated with Service Center using Veeva Omnichannel as a telephony interface, that allows Service Center Representatives to place, receive, and transfer phone calls within Service Center.

Amazon Connect is not available for all AWS (Amazon Web Services) regions. Verify Amazon Connect is available for your cloud deployment region with your AWS provider before configuring this feature.
