Surveys Overview

Surveys are groups of questions that organizations can use to collect valuable business data. Vault CRM includes various types of surveys to help organizations with market research, sales planning, and more.

Survey types include the following:

  • One Time - gathers information from accounts, can only be taken once per account. For more information, see Creating a One-Time or Recurring Survey.
  • Recurring - gathers information from accounts, can be taken multiple times per account. For more information, see Creating a One-Time or Recurring Survey.
  • Coaching Report - communicates performance information from managers to employees. For more information, see Advanced Coaching Report.
  • Suggestion - gathers feedback from users to increase the effectiveness of CRM Suggestions. For more information, see Suggestion Surveys.
  • Internal User - feedback and analysis from internal users (employees). For more information, see Internal Surveys.
