Account Timeline Overview
The Account Timeline view displays a chronological history of all activities involving an account. This enables users to view an account's history, including any calls, medical events, or Approved Emails they have received.
Admins can configure which types of activities display on the Account Timeline and can also create custom object types to represent customer-specific activities on the Account Timeline. End users can filter the Timeline to only view relevant activities and view more details about those activities. Additionally, end users can navigate to the CRM record representing a Timeline activity, for example, a medical event, directly from the Account Timeline.

With Account Timeline, the following users can perform the following tasks:
Business Admins
- Configure the items that display on the Account Timeline
- Define custom Multichannel Activities that display on the Account Timeline
End Users
- View the Account Timeline from an account
- Filter the Account Timeline to only display relevant information
