Configuring Agentic Email for
To configure Agentic Email:
- Ensure Configuring Vault AI in CRM is complete.

Ensure users have Execute permission to the Agentic Email:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets
- Select the appropriate permission set
- Select the Agents tab
- Select the Execute checkbox for the Agentic Email (agentic_email_agent__v)
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Veeva AI Setup > Agents.
- Select the Agentic Email.
- Select Edit.
- Select Active in the Status picklist.
- Select Save.
- Expand the Actions section.

Verify the appropriate agent actions are Active for the agent:
- Rewrite – Rewrites specific text in the email template with different style variations
