Agentic Email Overview

Agentic Email uses AI to instantly generate stylistic variations, for example, Direct or Warm, for specific blocks of text within Approved Email templates. With Agentic Email’s powerful AI capabilities, end users can quickly and easily compose personalized messages, while enabling content creators to avoid adding variations as custom picklist values.

Token Estimates

Token consumption may vary based on the length of the text marked as eligible for AI style variations. Based on testing during the product development process, a reasonable estimate may be 2,000-5,000 tokens per run; Agentic Email runs when users generate style variations for specified content within their Approved Email templates.

Accessing Agentic Email

To access Agentic Email, select an Approved Email template enabled to use Agentic Email.
