Using Action Items for KAMs

Action items are the steps in the plan that team members execute to move the plan toward completion. These action items are defined based on plan goals. For example:

  • understanding who is the employee in charge of clinical trial approvals
  • reaching out for education about the clinical trial
  • distributing pamphlets to HCPs
