Account Filter Recall
Vault CRM can recall the last view or Account List displayed when a user navigates away from and back to My Accounts. This applies to the check box filters for business and person accounts, as well.
Who can use this feature?
- iPad Users
- Users do not require an additional license
- End Users
Configuring Account Filter Recall for
End Users
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Accounts is complete.
- Grant users read permission to the last_account_view_used__v or last_view_used__v field in the preferences__v object.
Using Account Filter Recall as
End Users
To use this feature, navigate away from My Accounts. When you navigate back to My Accounts, the last view or account list displays.
