Sticky Sort Order for My Accounts
Users can modify the sort order of Accounts on My Accounts, navigate to another page, and return to the same unique sort order on My Accounts. This eliminates the need to resort or reorder the Account list. Lists can be sorted by ascending or descending order.
If a user works with doctors in the Rheumatology specialty, they can sort the Specialty column in descending order to display doctors specializing in Rheumatology before doctors in other specialties, such as Cardiology or Dermatology.

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Accounts is complete.
Using Sticky Sort Order for My Accounts as
End Users
Select a column and specify a sort order for the column. The selected sort order is retained on future visits to the My Accounts screen.
