Using Office Best Times for Accounts
To efficiently plan visits with HCPs when they are available, users can capture and reference Office Best Times on the Address page.
When a user is planning their day and looking at accounts to visit, they need to take into account the Office Best Times to ensure the HCPs are available.

Configuring Office Best Times for Accounts for
End Users
To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Accounts is complete.
- Navigate to Admin > Users > Permission Sets and select the appropriate permission set.
- Grant end users Read permission to the best_times__v field on the address__v object, or Edit permission if they need to update Office Best Times.
The best_times__v field on the address__v object is not meant to be visible on the UI. Office Best Times are reflected in My Schedule, however the field does not display on the Address page. The field data is used only to denote the times to capture office best times for an account.
- Ensure the office_best_times__v app section is added to the appropriate address__v object type layout.
- Grant users View access to the Office Best Times object control permission on the address__v object.
Data for Office Best Times is stored in the best_times__v field on the address__v object.
Using Office Best Times for Accounts as
End Users
- Navigate to the Account Details screen.
- Select the appropriate address for the account.
- Navigate to the Office Best Times section.
- Select Edit and enter the appropriate times.
Office Best Times display based on the displayed address. If the displayed address does not have Office Best Times none are displayed.
iPad
Browser
Edit rows to enter text designating office best times. Include the start time and end time separated by "to / -" and use "and / AND" to designate additional blocks of time. For example:
- 9am-5:30pm
- 8AM - 12PM and 1PM - 5PM
- 9am to 2pm AND 3pm to 5pm
On the Browser platform, the Enter Time field requires English language ("and", "to") even if another language is specified in user settings.
