Adjusting Territory Capacity
Align operations users can override a specific territory’s capacity for use within X-Pages in Territory Feedback, enabling more granularity when providing guidelines for activities for a territory.

Configuring Adjusting Territory Capacity for
Align Operations Users
To configure this feature:

Ensure the following features are configured:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select the Objects tab.

Edit
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > aln_territory_model__v > Layouts.
- Place the capacity_adjustment_percentage__v field on the appropriate layout.
Adjusting a Specific Territory’s Capacity as
Align Operations Users
To adjust a specific territory’s capacity, edit the capacity_adjustment_percentage__v field on the appropriate aln_territory_model__v record.
Adding Territory Capacity to X-Pages as
Content Creators
The capacity_adjustment_percentage__v field is included whenever the getFeedbackData() function is called within an X-Page. Additionally, X-Page Studio users can add the capacity_adjustment_percentage__v field to an X-Page by adding the attribute to the layout in the Overview data element.
Viewing Territory Capacity in Territory Feedback as
End Users
X-Pages configured for Feedback are displayed on the Territory Dashboard within Territory Feedback. See Embedding X-Pages in Territory Feedback.
