Creating Country-Specific Approved Notes Rules
Business admin users can create monitoring rules that apply to a specific country, enabling greater detail when creating and maintaining a set of monitoring rules in multi-country Vaults, as certain monitored phrases may apply to one country, but not another. Additionally, designating country-specific monitoring rules reduces the number of false-positive monitored text violations for compliance users to review.
When a monitoring rule's country_code__v field is populated, the rule only runs against records where the user who last modified the record matches the country of the monitoring rule.
This feature can be used alongside Using Product-Specific Monitoring Rules for even more granularity.

Monitoring rules with a blank country_code__v field run against users of all countries. If a user has a blank country_code__v field, only monitoring rules that also have an empty or blank country code are applied to their notes.
Viewing the Country of a Monitoring Rule as

When reviewing monitored_text__v records generated by the Approved Notes process, the country__v field displays the country code of the corresponding Monitoring Rule. This enables reviewers to quickly determine the applicable country, as well as sort or filter the list of violations based on the country.
