Displaying the Territory Adds & Drops Component
The Territory Adds & Drops component enables users to see recent changes to their territory based on Cycle Plan adjustments. It displays the number of accounts added or removed from the user’s local database.
The Territory Adds & Drops component does not count territories that are manually added by the user in Network Account Search or Global Account Search.

Configuring the Territory Adds & Drops Component for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Territory Management is complete.
- Ensure Vault CRM Mobile Application Home Page is configured.
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Navigate toObjects > VMobile Home Page Layout (vmobile_home_page_layout__v).
- Grant end users View permission to the terr_changes_section__v object control.
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > VMobile Home Page Layout (vmobile_home_page_layout__v) > Layouts.
- Place the terr_changes_section__v section control on the appropriate vmobile_home_page_layout__v object layouts.
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Veeva Settings (veeva_settings__v).
- Populate the msg_home_terr_delta_num_days__v Veeva Setting with the number of days composing the metric time frame. For example, a value of 5 displays all adds and drops that occurred within the past five days.
Admins can manage the title of the Territory Adds & Drops component using the HOME_TERR_DELTA_TITLE;;TABLET Veeva Message.
