Multichannel Cycle Plans Overview
Multichannel Cycle Plans (MCCP) serve as roadmaps for sales and marketing teams, enabling them to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. By facilitating efficient and collaborative account outreach, MCCP empower users and managers to improve activity planning, track progress, gain performance insights, and achieve better results.
The MCCP module enables organizations to define specific, high priority target accounts, set goals for target account outreach, and track progress against those goals. Managers use MCCP to provide guidance on user activities for specific targets and products across channels. From My Plan, end users can view their plans and adapt their schedule to best meet MCCP goals.

With MCCP, users can perform the following tasks:
- End Users - Execute on MCCP and monitor their progress towards MCCP goals for the current cycle.
- Managers - Monitor end users' progress towards MCCP goals in the current cycle
- MCCP Admin Users - MCCP admin users create and administer plans using MCCP metrics, for example, dates, channels, products, and product weights. They also schedule and manage MCCP jobs using the MCCP Admin Console.
In addition, integration user credentials are used by Vault CRM to perform MCCP calculations. The integration user is typically a different user than the MCCP admin user, and is not a Vault CRM user who regularly logs in or out of the CRM system.
