Network Overview
Veeva Network is a complete, cloud-based customer master solution that combines healthcare professional, healthcare organization, affiliations and reference data, software and stewardship services in a single solution that’s seamlessly integrated with Vault CRM. This provides accurate, complete, and always up-to-date customer data within Vault CRM.

Users and Roles
With Network, the following users can perform the following tasks:
System Admin Users
- Merge Account Records – Admins can merge duplicate account records in Network to make it easier for users to find accounts
- Network Mapping - Admins can define the mapping of fields between CRM and Network required for CRM-Network Integration. Mapping data is stored and maintained by Vault CRM.
End Users
- Account Search – End users search Veeva Network for accounts which may already exist in the system
- Data Change Requests – End users can submit DCRs to modify account data requiring validation
