Configuring Medical Events
Medical Events can be any meeting with accounts, from a small scale Lunch and Learn to a large-scale medical conference. The Medical Events module allows reps to capture basic details about an event, invite guests, and capture guest signatures.

The medical_event__v Object
The medical_event__v is a custom object that is pre-configured to meet multiple needs. The medical_events__v object can be configured as needed and customization as required. There are several key aspects of the Medical Event that are core to the Vault CRM product.
Configuring Medical Events for

To configure this feature:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select the Objects tab.

Grant end users Execute permission to the following medical_event__v Object Actions:
- Add Attendee
- Add My Attendance
- Manage Attendees
- View Signatures

Add the Event Attendee related list to the following object page layouts:
- medical_event__v
- account__v

Create a tab for the medical_event__v object.
- Add the signature_datetime__v field to the Event Attendee related list on the appropriate medical_event__v page layouts.

Ensure there is an active VMOC for the medical_event__v object for offline platforms.

Ensure the exclude_field_list__v field on active VMOCs for the event_attendee__v object contains signature__v
