Allowing Multiple Product Inquiries

End users are frequently responsible for multiple products and often discuss more than one product during a call. HCP's questions are typically driven by their immediate patient care needs, intellectual curiosity, and clinical challenges. Either of these scenarios can result in the need for an end user to capture multiple medical inquiries at the same time. End users can capture details for all the inquiries in a single UI. When signing, the HCP sees all captured inquiries on a single signature screen.

Who can use this feature?

Configuring Multiple Product Inquiries for

End Users

To configure this feature: 

  1. Ensure Configuring Medical Inquiries is complete.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
    • Select the appropriate permission set
    • Select the Objects tab
    • Select medical_inquiry__v
    • Grant Edit permission to the group_identifier__v field on the medical_inquiry__v object
    • Grant View permission to the multiple_product_inquiries_field_control__v object control
    • Select Save
  3. Navigate to Admin > Configuration> Objects.
    • Select medical_inquiry__v
    • Select the Layouts tab
    • Select the appropriate layout
    • Place the multiple_product_inquiries_field_control__v field control on the layout
    • Place the delivery_method_section__c section control on the layout
    • Select the Multiple Product Inquiries check box
    • Select the fields that should be unique to each medical inquiry when creating multiple product inquiries
  4. Select Done.
