Selecting the Preferred Language
End users can select an HCP’s preferred language in which to display text when capturing consent. In countries where HCPs communicate in more than one language, end users can ensure HCPs understand any consent text and disclaimer text when granting consent.
Who can use this feature?
- End Users (Browser, iPad, iPhone)
- Select the preferred language
- Users do not require an additional license

Selecting the Preferred Language as
End Users
Browser users can:
- Navigate to an account record.
- Select the All Actions menu.
- Select Consent Capture.
- Select the language drop-down list to view the list of available languages.
- Select the appropriate language.
iPad users can:
- Navigate to an account detail screen.
- Select the All Actions button.
- Select Consent Capture.
- Select the language icon to view the list of available languages.
- Select the appropriate language.
